They added: “”The Garage and The Workshop have put together a fantastic, interactive panto for children under seven with this one… really allowing them to get right into what’s going on… both me and Erin had so much fun… it wasn’t long before Erin asked if we could watch it again and teach Grandma the dance we’d learned.” Read the full review.

We and our sister venue The Workshop in King’s Lynn, decided to move our annual panto online because of the Covid-19 restrictions. Recorded by Lambda Films, interest in the show is growing with inquiries to buy digital passes from schools as far away as Canada, Spain and Scotland.
Adam Taylor, executive director at The Garage, said: “The traditional festive trip to the pantomime has been off the time-table for many schools this year for obvious reasons. Equally pupils and staff still want a treat and schools are finding My First Panto is a way of making sure their pupils can still the joy of panto. The timing is flexible, pupils don’t need to have time outside the classroom.
“When we and All-In Productions took the decision to go online, safety was our number one consideration. My First Panto is something that is aimed at all ages and multiple generations enjoy the experience together every year in our auditoriums in Norfolk.
“We wanted to find a solution so that grandparents, parents and their children could all enjoy the pantomime experience securely albeit in a different way. To get inquiries from schools from such a wide number of areas has taken us by surprise.”
